I am aware of this, but some of the files are of reasonable quality. You may write to AIR about the quality of the recording. I wrote to them a few days back giving a suggestion for which I received a positive response the very next day. It was on another topic. I had written to Mohan, DGM News.
You may also try writing to AIR directly. If many persons do so they may decide to improve the quality of the recording.
